Currently we use Royal Mail and Yodel for all our UK orders. You can select your preferred method at checkout.

All orders received prior to 11:00AM (UK time) will be sent out on the same day and the couriers generally have a 1-3 working day delivery time frame.

Isle of Man delivery is now available but will be shipped from our Netherlands warehouse with Evri as the courier. The estimated delivery timeframes are longer but should not take longer than 5-7 working days.

All EU orders are sent out from our Netherlands Warehouse. Our warehouse is closed on the weekend and orders before 1:00 PM will be dispatched Mon-Friday. There are no customs or extra charges. Grandma Crunch uses a unique recipe of protein, pea starch and pea concentrate, to make the perfect crunch, without the carbs. To make add sweetness, we use a small amount of Sucralose and mix these with our signature flavours.

Grandma Crunch is not a regular breakfast cereal. Instead Grandma Crunch is a high protein snack, which is enjoyed with milk.

Specialist ingredients are needed in order for us to achieve our high protein, low carb ratio. Compared to the ingredients used in regular cereal, protein is an expensive ingredient and protein makes up 45% of Grandma Crunch!Let's break it down...

Grandma Crunch is available from 70p per bowl making it similar, and often less expensive, compared to many protein alternatives such as protein yoghurts, porridge, protein bars, eggs etc. We think we're a great addition to the protein snack family!

Grandma Crunch is Soy based.

Although Grandma Crunch Cocoa, Cinnamon and Coconut are not produced on the same production line as Peanut Butter Brownie, they are boxed in the same factory and may contain traces of nuts.

Grandma Crunch is keto friendly.

We are low carb with under 6g net carbs per bowl and the sweetener we use, Sucralose, does not take you out of ketosis!

Grandma Crunch now comes in a package of 4 boxes, and each box contains 248g of Grandma Crunch.

Each box contains 8 servings (31g per serving) to make the perfect monthly supply (32 servings) with each pack of 4 boxes. 

Yes, Grandma Crunch is Dairy-Free and can be eaten with your favourite choice of milk. We love Grandma Crunch with oat milk. If you are on a keto-diet try me with Almond or Coconut milk.

Grandma Crunch can also be eaten as a high protein dry snack to take on the go!

Yes, Grandma Crunch uses vegan, plant based ingredients.

The only flavour exception is Strawberry which uses Carmine for the colour temporarily - this was not intended to be used and has changed in our most recent recipe for Strawberry.

Yes, Grandma Crunch is gluten-free as well as wheat-free. We also only do production in totally gluten-free machinery.

Yes, Grandma Crunch is wheat free.

Although this might seem obvious as we are also gluten free, many products have had the gluten removed but the wheat remains.
