Due to abuse of a small number of people, we no longer offer our happiness Gaurantee. Orders from 21/03/2023 onwards will not qualify.

Our product are perishable goods and as such we can only accept returns for unopened boxes.
We do not cover the cost of returns labels.
To process a return you must include your order number and the name from your order.
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and request the returns process if you would like to return a parcel to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of open perishable goods, so please ensure you to only return unopened boxes, as these are the only ones we will exchange/refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new, separate purchase for the new item.
We no longer provide refunds under our happiness guarantee. This means you must return your products to us unopened for a refund.
Shipping is non-refundable unless you item was not received.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will decide if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
