If you let us know that you aren't happy within 30 days of delivery, we will refund your order. For this you will not need to return the parcel and need to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
The refund does not incl. delivery cost and is only applicable on your first order up to a maximum of 4 cartons or one 4 pack.
Returns *Updated 15th of March
We no longer accept returns. Our product is a perishable good and as such we cannot offer customers returns for products they do not want. We have updated our policy to incl. our new happiness guarantee which you can view above.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Order numbers must be included in return parcel.
If your return is accepted, we can only provide return shipping label if the product is damaged or not as advertised. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of open perishable goods, so please ensure you to only return unopened boxes, as these are the only ones we will exchange/refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
